These high quality prints are printed to stand the test of time using the latest technologies and finest archival materials in a process which is strictly quality controlled by the Fine Art Trade Guild. (i) Canvas print advertised sizes include 3" ([7.5cm] surround border so the print can be placed on a stretcher similar to an original work of art. We advise that you consult a picture framer to do this for you. Sizes are 30"x30" [76cm.x76cm] 24"x24" [61cm.x61cm] 20"x20" [51cm.x51cm]
(ii) Watercolour paper prints advertised size include a 2" [5cm] surround border and can easily be mounted and framed. Sizes are 28"x28" [71cmx71cm] 22"x22" [56cmx56cm] 18"x18" [46cm.x46cm]
Giclee Reproduction Process: A giclee (zhee-CLAY) is an individually-produced, high-resolution, high-fidelity reproduction done on a special large format printer. Giclees are produced from digital scans of existing artwork, creating a whole new vibrant medium for art. Giclees are particularly suited to canvas and are superior to traditional lithography in several ways. The colors are brighter, last longer, and are so high-resolution that they are virtually continuous tone, rather than tiny dots. The range, or "gamut" of color for giclees is far beyond that of lithography, and details are crisper. Giclees use inkjet technology,the ink is sprayed on, actually mixing the color to create true shades and hues.
